TAPPSA Journal moves from bi-monthly to quarterly frequency

The TAPPSA team recently took a decision to reduce the number of printed issues from six issues per year to four, as we feel that producing a journal with more content four times a year will be of more benefit to the industry than six smaller issues.

We will supplement our print edition with news on the website. In June this year, TAPPSA applied to the Department of Higher Education and Training for inclusion to the South African list of the Accredited Academic Journals. For the past few years we have been working to enrich the publication with technical content, and the accreditation would help TAPPSA take the publication to the next level by attracting many more scientific contributions than we already receive and strengthen our publication even further. We expect to be notified in December 2016 of the outcome – we are trusting it will be a favourable one.
